Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking an Order Picker for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday) in Warminster, PA to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely packaging of customer orders. You will read orders, select goods, and record updates in ERP, with safety and quality in mind.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, read quality documents, and operate a forklift. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret quality documents.
• Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs.
• Long periods of standing are required.

Accountability:

This Position Reports to the Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Read and analyze the order to be fulfilled
• Select finished goods as noted on each sales order and stage for packaging
• Mark the order as complete and update order notes in ERP
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead

Requirements:

• Able to read and interpret quality documents
• Able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions
• Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• Employee must regularly be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Employee must occasionally be able to lift and move up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate long periods of standing
