Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process at a retail branch location. The role will pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with sales and inventory goals.

Candidate will help maintain a clean, safe fulfillment area, meet efficiency metrics, and communicate order status or issues to the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals
• Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
• Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
