As a vital part of our team, the Order Picker works closely with inventory managers, logistics personnel, and customers to fulfill daily order requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. The role requires keen attention to detail, professionalism, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety standards. Successful Order Pickers contribute significantly to our productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand-held devices or RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before packing.
• Organize stock areas to improve efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and operate machinery safely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Communicate effectively regarding order updates and delays.
• Stay informed about company policies and best practices related to order picking and inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications
