Staffmark is hiring an Order Picker in Hazelwood, MO to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You will use RF scanners, read pick tickets, and ensure accuracy to meet customer deadlines.

Looking for Order Picker jobs in Hazelwood where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition. This will involve picking items you’d find at a local pharmacy. Tylenol, cold medicines, vitamins, bandages, ointments, lotions, and various other products.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Order Picker.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
