Job Description

The Order Picker works closely with inventory managers, logistics personnel, and customers to fulfill daily order requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards. Successful Order Pickers contribute to our overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Use hand-held devices or RF scanners to identify and track inventory.
• Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before packing.
• Maintain organization of the stock area for efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and operate machinery safely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Communicate effectively regarding order updates and delays.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
