Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking an Order Picker for a temporary 1st shift position in Campbellsport, WI. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, and pays $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include selecting items according to pick tickets and UPC codes, packing for shipping, labeling packages, and moving pallets as needed.

Ideal candidates can stand for 8–10 hours, lift up to 30 lbs, read UPC codes and English, and demonstrate high attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Job description

Position Title: Order Picker Wage: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Order Picker position available at a company in Campbellsport, WI. This is a 1st shift, temporary position.

Order Picker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pick up pick tickets from baskets.
• Look at labels and find product in the warehouse for each order based on the UPC code.
• Package product in boxes or other package material for shipping based on customer requests.
• Place label on package.
• Place returned merchandise back into bins.
• Move pallets using a manual pallet jack.
• Open boxes and place items into bins - will use a box cutter.
• Scan bar codes on pick tickets and items.

Order Picker Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for 8-to-10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. independently.
• Ability to reach and grasp on regular basis.
• Ability to bend and stoop as needed.
• Ability to read and decipher UPC codes.
• Ability to read English.
• High attention to detail.
