Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end order management, liaising with customers and operations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering customer delight.

Responsibilities include maintaining ERP data, producing reports, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. Travel between MD Heights and Edwardsville is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• 2+ years' progressive experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer.
• Act as the key point of contact to the customer and operations; accountable for customer delight.
• Create and maintain accurate order-related data in WWT's ERP systems.
• Identify and solve problems to mitigate risk and develop contingency plans.
• Create and consume reports/data to direct daily tasks that drive execution and ensure customer requirements, KPI’s, and contractual agreements are satisfied.
