Job summary

ABB is seeking a Customer Operations professional to ensure timely resolution of customer issues across orders, technical support, and payments. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver complete case ownership and accurate documentation.

The position supports hybrid work in Lake Mary, FL, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and process optimization. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service are expected.
