Job summary

ReSound in Minnesota is seeking an order processing technician to receive and sort packages, identify inventory, and enter orders in ERP. You will also prepare items for 3D printing, post-process, and track device history for hearing instruments.

The role requires meticulous data entry, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include diagnosing product faults, stamping forms, prioritizing ship dates, and maintaining clear communication with personnel regarding order

• Solid basic computer skills and proficiency with word processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Download user settings into current software platforms.
• Verify settings and route to appropriate function when errors occur.
• Stamp/sticker order form with correct information.
• Diagnosis and determine product fault.
• Confirm rechargeable products meet charging specifications.
• Create, file, and retrieve device history records for Hearing Instruments.
• Prioritize and schedule ship dates according to turnaround times.
• Communicate problems with incoming orders to appropriate personnel.
• Invest shells to create a negative of the shell called investment.
• Set up 3D printers (clean and prepare for the next batch).
• Match and sort shells/molds.
• Run and operate Laser Serial Number engraving.
• Disassemble hearing aids.
• DSA testing.
• Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOPs, etc.

Position Overview
