Caltrol, Inc. is seeking a senior Order Management leader to guide and develop a high-performing team in Las Vegas. You will drive customer-focused service, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, and IT.
You will establish performance metrics, sponsor continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure accurate, efficient execution of order management tasks while supporting company strategic goals.

The hiring range for this position is $68,000-$88,000 annually plus bi-annual Profit Sharing opportunities. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate, along with the requirements of the position.

This job is performed primarily on-site at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. This position is eligible for Caltrol's hybrid work program, allowing remote work for up to two days per week, subject to program qualifications, business needs, and manager approval. This job is performed in a typical office environment and may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work is performed mostly in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Prolonged periods of sitting. A standing desk may be available if requested.
Travel is expected to be less than 20% and primarily within the Caltrol service territory. Most travel will be local or within California, Nevada, and Arizona to support team collaboration, training, leadership initiatives, and business needs. Occasional travel may be required to support cross-functional projects, meetings, and operational initiatives.
Success in this role means developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, serving as a trusted IFS leader, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support Caltrol's long‑term growth and customer success.
