SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Management Manager to join our Jonesboro plant. The Order Management Manager primary objective is to enter and maintain the accuracy of all documentation required to ship product per customer requests while keeping Outside Sales and Operation teams abreast of any changes and status of the order. The Order Management Manager is responsible for all aspects of order processing that include everything from entering new orders to shipping of the final product. A successful Order Management Manager will use their efforts to assist in shipping orders accurately and on time while managing customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Role Priorities
  • Liaison between Sales and Operational teams to enter orders into Camfil's MRP system, confirm all documentation is accounted for and accurate at all times.
  • Have daily communication to keep Sales and/or Operational teams up-to-date on the order status.
  • Process customer change requests timely and accurately.
  • Attend daily operational meetings in an effort to obtain or communicate changes in order status, and maintain key dates (i.e. Ship Dates, Requested Dates, Pencil Dates) within all working systems (MacPac, SOS, etc.)
  • Communicate lead times and/or urgent requests with the Outside Sales force.
  • Maintain pertinent information required to accurately ship orders on time. I.e. Special Shipping Instructions, tagging, contact information, receiving hours, unloading equipment, shipping documentation, etc.)
  • Update and maintain information within Camfil's Sales Order Status (SOS) program.
  • Communicate as needed with the Shipping department in order to maintain proper and complete invoicing.

• Authority and Control

• The Order Management Manager is to be a self-driven, resourceful, reliant individual that has the ability to tolerate and manage situations where the communication regarding updates in status may not be favorable for either the Sales or Operational teams. This position is to be skilled in the way of being multifunctional while accurately maintaining and organizing multiple jobs at the same time. The Order Management Manager will have the means and opportunity to improve customer satisfaction and on-time shipments by providing key information in a timely fashion, being organized, and quick to communicate with all appropriate and relevant parties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred
• Typically 5+ years of progressive Customer Service, Customer Operations, manufacturing or Supply Chain-related experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of Customer Service I and II competencies.
• Strong manufacturing and Supply Chain knowledge.
• Strong ERP knowledge; multi-ERP experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with complex order management.
• Strong knowledge of Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong judgment and independent problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions without formal authority.
• Excellent customer and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
