Job summary

Bradycorp is seeking an Order Management Lead to drive efficiency in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on rapid order processing, dock operations, and accurate picking and auditing to ensure timely dispatch. You will oversee early-stage fulfillment workflows and monitor service benchmarks to pre-empt delays.

You will coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams, manage overnight printing and batching, and step in for the Warehouse Manager when needed to maintain continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading order management or warehouse operations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams such as shipping and dock staff.
• Strong problem-solving to address operational hurdles.
• Familiarity with international order handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Queue Management: Ensure all system orders are printed, batched, and processed overnight and consistently throughout the day.
• Order Prep: Coordinate with shipping for orders ready to be picked, labeled, and audited.
• Dock Coordination: Lead and direct the daily workflow of dock workers, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Inventory Investigation: Research and resolve operational discrepancies, including missing pallets, late orders, or systemic carrier issues.
• International Compliance: Stage and fulfill international orders until complete.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, log, and report on On-Time Delivery Performance, communicating delays to management.
• Cross-Training: Assume delegation of authority when the Warehouse Manager is out of office.

The Order Management Lead is a critical role on Brady’s warehouse logistics team, supporting high volume and fast paced warehouse operations. In addition to managing order processing and scheduling, the lead oversees dock operations and is responsible for accurate picking, staging and auditing of orders. Concentrates on early-stage order fulfillment workflows, ensuring swift dispatch preparation, monitoring service benchmarks, and pre-emptively addressing operational hurdles.
