Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or related field.
1–3 years of experience in order management, sales support, logistics, or customer service operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor open orders, delivery schedules, and shipping statuses to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.
Coordinate with sales, order entry, and warehouse to address inventory shortages or processing delays.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries regarding order status and ship dates.
Identify and flag order defects or compliance issues that could affect fulfillment.
Maintain clean records and generate status reports on open orders and backlog metrics.
