Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain management or order processing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales orders and confirmations.
• Align orders with supply and demand plans.
• Coordinate with packaging centers and logistics for manufacturing and supply planning.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customer ship-to locations.
• Monitor and report on late deliveries, inventory shortages, and compliance charges.
