Qualifications

• Attention to detail with accurate review of dates, numbers, orders, and customer information.
• Comfortable navigating Excel and basic computer systems
• Strong written communication for professional email correspondence
• Ability to learn new technology and quickly become comfortable with Oracle, C4C, and SAP
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incoming orders daily, ensuring accuracy of order details, pricing, customer information, and other key data
• Adjust shipping dates based on customer needs and transit times
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve common order errors and discrepancies to keep orders moving efficiently through the system
• Proactively monitor order status and follow up on delays or issues
• Communicate order updates, shipping information, and issue resolutions to customers via email and phone
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customer interactions, and related documentation
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and cancellations while providing a high level of customer service
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work within Oracle, SAP C4C, and other internal systems to support daily order management activities
