Job summary

Staffmark Group in Irving, TX is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, staging, and shipping.

This role requires strong attention to detail, safe work habits, and dependable attendance, with responsibilities such as verifying inventory, using RF scanners, and maintaining accurate product locations in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

Location: Irving, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Job Duties

• Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load and unload products throughout warehouse operations
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain correct product locations
• Prepare shipments and support order fulfillment to meet customer needs
• Assist with inventory counts and help ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Follow established safety procedures to maintain a productive, dependable work environment

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Order Fullment Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
