LOFT is hiring an Order Fulfillment/Stock Associate at Store 0663-West County Mall in Des Peres, MO. You will locate and pick merchandise for customer orders, prepare, pack, and label for pickup or shipment, and process pickups and shipments with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain an organized fulfillment area, assist with replenishment, greet customers with a hospitality mindset, and resolve issues as they arise.

You are responsible for managing customer orders from the time they are received through pickup or shipment, ensuring every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will locate and pick merchandise, prepare and package orders, process pickups and shipments, and help resolve any issues that arise throughout the fulfillment process.You take ownership of the order fulfillment process, paying close attention to product selection, quantities and order details. You will also help maintain an organized work area and support the store with product movement and replenishment as needed.
