Job summary

LOFT in Meridian, ID is hiring a Fulfillment/Stock Associate to keep stockrooms organized, process shipments, and stock the sales floor while delivering a positive customer experience.

You will manage inventory accuracy, prepare online orders, and assist with replenishment and store needs, with a hospitality mindset and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You oversee shipment processing and manage product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. You ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are always organized and fully stocked. You take ownership of the entire process, so everything – from products to supplies – is in its proper place. Responsible for efficiently processing online orders, locating and preparing merchandise, packing shipments, and supporting store inventory operations. Provides accurate, timely service while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience.
