Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Order Fulfillment/Stock Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders for pickup or shipment. You will locate, pick, package, and label merchandise while maintaining an organized fulfilment area and supporting product movement within the store.

You will bring a hospitality mindset to interactions with customers, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with store leaders to resolve issues.

About the role

As an Order Fulfillment/Stock Associate, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate and efficient order fulfillment. You are responsible for managing customer orders from the time they are received through pickup or shipment, ensuring every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will locate and pick merchandise, prepare and package orders, process pickups and shipments, and help resolve any issues that arise throughout the fulfillment process.

You take ownership of the order fulfillment process, paying close attention to product selection, quantities and order details. You will also help maintain an organized work area and support the store with product movement and replenishment as needed. When interacting with customers, you bring a hospitality mindset and help create a positive experience that reflects the brand.

Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday (15-32 hours a week) Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts available

Hourly Rate

$15.00 - $15.45

• Monitor order queues and prioritize fulfillment based on customer needs and established service expectations.
• Maintain accuracy throughout the fulfillment process, including product selection, quantities, pricing, and order details.
• Identify and resolve order issues, including missing, damaged, or unavailable merchandise, and escalat[e] issues to store leaders when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment area to support timely order processing.
• Assist with product replenishment and merchandise organization as needed to support fulfillment and store operations.
• Greet customers and respond to questions while maintaining a hospitality mindset.
• Uphold the highest operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
