Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team-oriented associate to support omni-channel initiatives and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will pull merchandise from a pick list, move items to staging, and use RF scanners to verify counts for customer orders.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, adherence to club policies, and collaboration with the team to uphold GOLD standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the club team.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
• Meet productivity targets and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
