Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, while handling order pulling and inventory accuracy with handheld scanners.

Join a team focused on delivering first-class member experiences, maintaining Gold Club standards, and contributing to safe, efficient operations on the floor and in the omni space.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly using RF scanner and pick orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and address expired/short-dated items.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with SOPs.
