Job summary

EPE USA is seeking a dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist in Riverside, CA to join our packaging solutions team. You will process customer orders, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works with NetSuite and other warehouse systems, and collaborates across departments to meet daily fulfillment metrics.

Qualifications

• GED certificate or high school diploma.
• Experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Basic computer skills; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms.
• Manage inventory and supplies of internet products and alerts supervisor of potential issues.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with building and assembling product.
• Enter orders into NetSuite weekly; track all orders via delivery software.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
• Schedule pickup of orders daily to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Drive and deliver finished goods using company van.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems; NetSuite experience preferred
• Current valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
