Job summary

Nature’s Way is hiring a Distribution Associate / Order Picker to process customer orders using Voice Picking or RF technology in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, use SAP and a Warehouse Management System, and handle inbound/outbound loads while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, standing for long periods, and a baseline high school education with warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 6 months warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Operate RF/Voice equipment to process orders.
• Lift and move cases 40–60 pounds.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Receive, unload, and load trailers.
