Job summary

OurPharma is hiring a full-time Order Fulfillment/Packaging Technician to join the Fayetteville, AR team. You will process and coordinate movement of finished products to fulfill sales orders, communicate status to customer service, and ensure accuracy from picking to packing and shipping.

You will follow SOPs and cGMPs, report discrepancies, and manage labeling, inventory allocation, and documentation for each order. The role supports OurPharma's commitment to quality in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Accurately pick customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested.
• Pack completed orders per SOPs to protect products from loss or damage.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, batch records and related controlling documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer service team or customers regarding order status (delays, partial fills, etc.).
• Accurately pick orders, move to packing lines for secondary check, report discrepancies.
• Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers and quantities; document completion for secondary check.
• Accurately pack customer orders according to requested products and packing requirements.
• Complete shipping by scanning sales orders, selecting shipping options, applying labels.
• Store completed items for courier pickup in correct location.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and policies, including security for controlled substances.
