Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for customers and manage inquiries from receipt to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Support demand, inventory, and fulfillment planning activities to meet objectives.
• Analyze order and operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and on-time delivery.
