FLOWORKS INTERNATIONAL, LLC is seeking an Expeditor for Triple S Flotech to support sales by executing MRO day-to-day orders and coordinating documentation. The role involves reviewing orders, tracking status, and communicating with vendors and customers to ensure timely material movement.

Responsibilities include status updates for customers, coordinating with warehouses, and maintaining organized order flow.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of computer experience including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows products.
• Minimum 1 year of office experience.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• The ability to "self-start" and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Reviews new orders and vendor purchase orders for entry errors.
• Provide status to customers on order readiness.
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of material and required documents.
• Managing multiple orders in an effective and organized manner.
• Understanding warehouse receiving/shipping procedures.
