FloWorks LLC is seeking an Expeditor to support sales by reviewing orders, tracking documentation, and coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery. You will monitor order status, communicate with customers, and help manage multiple orders while understanding warehouse receiving and shipping procedures.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of computer experience (MS Office/Windows), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of computer experience, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Minimum 1 year of office experience.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• The ability to "self-start" and work independently.

Triple S Flotech is a manufacturer’s representative and factory authorized automation facility for valves that are engineered to withstand the most severe applications. Our ADREM™ line of specialty valves are engineered for the demanding requirements of the chlor-alkali industry. Job Information

Responsible for assisting sales with the execution of MRO day-to-day orders. Responsible for reviewing new orders, retrieving and submitting applicable customer documentation, tracking and providing status on orders, communicating with vendors and customers about order status and material movement, scheduling testing and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
