Euclid Chemical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers and sales teams, handling orders from entry to shipment and invoicing while ensuring accuracy and a top-notch customer experience.

The role emphasizes order fulfillment, timely responses, and collaboration across Credit, Accounting, Inventory Control, Traffic, and Purchasing to support continuous process improvements. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming orders via phone and other channels.
• Enter sales orders into SAP accurately and on the same day they are received.
• Review orders to ensure information is complete and correct prior to processing.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, sales reps, and management.
• Coordinate shipments, including job site deliveries and multiple warehouse locations.
• Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced accurately and on schedule.
• Process complaints and return requests, including documentation and approvals.
