About the Order Fufillment Leader

Ready to be the engine that keeps Death Before Decaf moving? We're on the hunt for an Order Fulfillment powerhouse to take the wheel in our growing warehouse. You'll be the master of our daily operations-packing and shipping customer orders with precision, managing incoming inventory, and keeping the product flowing seamlessly from our doors to our customers. We're a small, tight-knit, and genuinely rad team, and we're looking for someone hands-on and driven to grow with us!

Order Fufillment Leader responsibilities are:

• Make the Magic Happen: Process, package, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Master the Space: Keep inventory meticulously sorted, stock levels accurate, and the warehouse looking sharp and organized.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments like a hawk-catching defects or damages before they ever reach a customer.
• Heavy Lifting: Receive, unload, and strategically place incoming inventory.
• Admin Wizardry: Check, verify, and fill customer invoices flawlessly.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace every single day.
• Big Picture Thinking: Bring your brain to work! We want your fresh ideas on how to improve flow, optimize procedures, and make our warehouse even better.

What We're Looking For:

• The Experience: You have a solid background in warehouse operations, e‑commerce, or both. You know your way around a packing station.
• The Tech: You are highly comfortable navigating Shopify.
• The Mindset: You're a highly organized team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• The Social Chops: You know what makes a good post. We love sharing behind‑the‑scenes warehouse magic on IG, so a good eye for content and social media is a huge plus!

The Perks:

• Flexible Schedule: This is a part‑time position, giving you the freedom to balance other projects or side hustles.
• Fair Compensation: You'll be paid fairly for your time, talent, and output.
• Room to Grow: We are moving fast. As the brands expand, your role and opportunities within the company can grow right alongside them. The Team: You'll be working with a fun, fast‑paced crew that takes the work seriously, but not themselves.
