Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking an Order Filler to accurately assemble customer orders from inventory and prepare them for shipment. The role covers warehousing activities including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping gear and equipment.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping PGI material, receiving and filling orders, picking items, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing duties (packing, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking).
• Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
• Must be detailed-oriented and manage workload with minimal oversight.
• Ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications.
• Past roles may include Inventory Specialist, Facilities Coordinator, or Inventory Associate.

Job description

The Order Filler is a crucial role within the logistics and warehousing industry. This position is primarily responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling customer orders by selecting the right products from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Performs all warehousing activities, to include receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.

• Perform a full range of warehousing activities, to include, but not limited to, receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.
• Conducts the accurate packing and shipping of PGI material.
• Receiving and filling customer orders.
• Picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
