The Order Filler retrieves products for shipment by placing them in shipping containers. Responsibilities include verifying content, selecting appropriate containers, inserting enclosures, preventing breakage, closing, sealing, labeling, and entering data. The role also involves filling shipping orders, keeping records, requisitioning stock, and reporting shortages.

This position verifies and pulls shipments for the DHHS and Support Services Section, completes agency paperwork, prepares shipping labels, repacks shipments for Diplomatic pouch, APO, or freight forwarding, and maintains shipping logs. Adherence to standards for packaging hazardous materials is required.

• Compare requisitions, invoices, and shipping documents with received materials, inspecting for accuracy, dosage, quantity, and expiration dates.
• Notify Procurement of errors or short-dated products.
• Identify Dangerous Goods (HAZMATS) for special handling.
• Distribute completed requisition paperwork to relevant departments.
• Repackage materials for international shipment via Diplomatic Pouch, APO, or freight.
• Affix labels, markings, and complete shipment forms.
• Maintain logs of all shipped orders.
• Ensure safety in equipment use and adherence to safety policies.
• Promote team spirit and quality work.
• Conduct oneself according to Didlake policies.
• Complete required paperwork and training.
