Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Order Entry Specialist/Order Creation Coordinator to join our Lawrenceville, GA team. This position supports sales by entering orders, managing documentation, and maintaining customer records in our ordering system.

The role requires CRM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication. Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with full insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales support or order entry experience.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders from contracts and technician reports.
• Create orders and obtain all required documentation.
• Place orders on hold until missing docs are obtained.
• Follow up on holds multiple times daily.
• Upload documents to customer accounts.
• Manage voicemails and emails.
• Assist Sales team with customer account questions.
• Run and email daily reports.

Our Renewal by Andersen Company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist/Order Creation Coordinator. Primary Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
• Create orders in the system and ensure all needed documentation has been obtained
• Place orders on hold as needed until missing documentation is obtained
• Follow up on holds multiple times a day
• Upload documents to customer accounts
• Manage and maintain voicemails and emails
• Support Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts
• Run and email daily reports

Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum of two (2) years of sales support or order entry experience
• Experience with multitasking under pressure
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
• High level written/verbal communication skills
