Job summary

Clarest Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to support our long-term care operations. You will enter prescriptions quickly and accurately into our Remedi SeniorCare/DocuTrack system and communicate with clinicians and customers by phone to address needs.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends, competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Order entry experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Math and analytical skills for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone assistance to doctors and nurses.
• Efficient order entry and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet department goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with urgency and timeliness.
