Job summary

Clarest Health OHIO, LLC is hiring an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician for our Euclid, OH long-term care pharmacy. This is an on-site, 3rd shift role with a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus shift differential.

You will enter prescriptions into Framework and DocuTrack, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with pharmacists and care facilities. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration.

Order Entry Pharmacy Technician | Long-Term Care Pharmacy

Location: Euclid, OH (On-Site)

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience and license type), plus shift differential

Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-7:00 AM

Rotating weekends required. Training schedule: first four weeks must be available for 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.

The Night Shift That Gets Orders Right

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician in our Euclid pharmacy, you will enter prescriptions into our Framework and DocuTrack pharmacy systems and follow each order through. Everything downstream depends on what you enter, so speed matters and accuracy matters more.

This is a closed-door pharmacy. There are no face-to-face customers, and your phone calls are with the facilities we serve.

What You'll Do

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, you will:

• Enter prescriptions swiftly and accurately into the Framework and DocuTrack pharmacy systems
• Perform order entry and follow-up with urgency and timeliness

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy

Bonus Points If You Have

• Order entry experience
• Two or more years working in a long-term care pharmacy
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and medications

You'll Be Successful If You Have

• Strong computer skills
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Clear, courteous communication by phone
• The ability to work with urgency and timeliness
• A collaborative approach to meeting team goals

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
