This role involves entering incoming pharmacy orders, informing customers of order status, and responding to inquiries.

Hours

- 2nd shift

Duties

• Enter customer details, product information, and specifications into the order system.
• Verify and input physician information.
• Enter new medication orders and refills.
• Sort and distribute faxed order copies.
• Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in order preparation and shipment.
• Check inventory for product availability.
• Review orders for completeness and forward incomplete ones for further processing.
• Maintain a friendly, team-oriented approach and comply with all policies and regulations.
