Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to receive and process customer quotes, orders, and exchanges. You will identify shipping issues, update customers, and expedite order flow with inventory control and shipping.

The role requires 2 years in related customer-facing work, OEM parts support, and familiarity with PeopleSoft/CRM systems like Salesforce. A hybrid work model and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related field working with customers and/or order fulfillment.
• One year of experience in OEM part sales support.
• Two years of experience in PeopleSoft Order Management / similar system.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Windows, Outlook; intermediate Excel.

What You’ll do

• Receive and process customer quotes, orders, and exchanges.
• Identify and resolve order and shipping errors and customer returns.
• Track orders and update customers as necessary.
• Expedite the flow of customer orders with inventory control and shipping.
• Proactively identify and offer other aftermarket parts to customers specific to their needs.
• Maintain customer ordering portals and related contact information.
• Identify customer shipping issues and weaknesses, collaborate with department manager and coworkers to aid in resolution.
• Maintain customer asset and contact database in ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare commercial credit memos on returns to resolve billing issues.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree in Business preferred.
• Two years of experience in a related field working with customers and/or order fulfillment.
• One year of experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) part sales support.
• Two years of experience in PeopleSoft System or comparable Order Management system.
• Experience in CRM systems. Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Windows, Outlook, and intermediate Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tactful and professional customer service approach
• Basic math proficiency
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft order management preferred

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
