As an Order Entry Associate, you will be responsible for receipt, review and entry of new releases into the Westinghouse Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, then guiding the release, contract or modification through the internal approval and signature process and ultimately submitting signed documents to our customer representatives. You will be part of the Westinghouse Generation Support Services (GSS) Commercial Team, a group of approximately 8-10 personnel responsible for all commercial activities associated with the GSS Bid to Book workflow. This team supports the Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) Business Unit. You will also interface with and advise our Global Shared Services Commercial Integration and Project Controls teams as they set up the releases/contracts/modifications in SAP.
You will report to the Sr. Manager of GSS Sales. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Develop a high-level understanding of the GSS business, specifically the three product lines that are supported (maintenance-modification-construction, radiation protection, and valves services).
Monitor the AOMS Contracts inbox for releases that require processing.
Receive and review releases either directly through the inbox or as assigned by others within the team.
Process releases in accordance with the Westinghouse approved workflow within D365, the Westinghouse CRM.
Upload release and associated information into Dual Maintenance, a release tracking system.
Upload release and associated information into the AOMS Contracts SharePoint site, a release document repository.
Development and distribution of a weekly release/modification approvals report (spreadsheet format).
Coordinate/manage approvals process with Business Unit PMs and Commercial Team Sales Managers.
Weekly submittal of approved release documents to customer supply chain representatives.
Development and distribution of a weekly interim order tracking report (spreadsheet format).
Coordinate/manage interim order close-out process to maintain a 14-day open item KPI.
Participate in a weekly Commercial Team meeting, report as required.
Ensure quality inputs for all system entries - maintain a focus on zero errors as a key metric for all data entry.
1+ years of experience
Bachelor Degree in data science/management, technical or business discipline
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Prior experience with CRM data entry/data management
Prior experience in the commercial nuclear marketplace
