Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking an Order Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering review and execution of customer orders for Limitorque electric actuation products.

You will coordinate technical order requirements, supervise the Order Engineering team, and ensure accurate, timely information reaches manufacturing, sales, supply chain, quality, and management. The role emphasizes compliant, customer-focused actuator solutions and operational excellence to ensure on-time order fulfillment,

Qualifications

• Five or more years in engineering/order engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with end-to-end order flow from acceptance to factory shipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order-entry systems.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Order Engineers to meet customer and order requirements.
• Review specs, PO and docs to incorporate requirements.
• Coordinate change orders across purchasing, production planning and manufacturing.
• Maintain and improve product configurator and data.
• Resolve order issues to meet customer needs and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks are accurate, high quality, timely.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate requirements and support on-time delivery.
