Job summary

JAM Industries in Southaven, MS, seeks an RMA Receiver / Parts Support to process returns, manage RMAs, and assist the parts team. This role supports inventory accuracy and requires the ability to lift and operate warehouse equipment.

You will work Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; an associate's degree is an asset.
• Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with RF scan-guns.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in returns/RMA environments.
• At least 1 year forklift experience; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle product returns and distribute RMAs.
• Perform put away of merchandise and parts.
• Identify inventory discrepancies in service stock.
• Safely operate an order picker and pallet jack as needed.
• Receive, transfer, and check inventory using RF scan-gun.
• Assist in parts department receiving and picking.

Position:

RMA Receiver / Parts Support

Schedule

MON-FRI (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Handling product returns
• Distributing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Performs put away of merchandise and parts
• Identify inventory discrepancies in Service Stock
• Safely operate an order picker, reach truck, sit-down counterbalance, or powered pallet jack
• Accurately receive, transfer, and check UPC-labeled inventory using an RF scan-gun
• Assist in parts department support, receiving, and picking

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance using proper lifting techniques and/or with the assistance of a pallet jack

Education And Qualifications

• Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma, though an Associate's degree would be considered an asset

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, specifically dealing with returns and RMAs
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience required; certification preferred
