Job summary

Wells Enterprises is seeking a customer service professional in our Shared Services group to manage the order lifecycle, provide product and delivery information, and resolve customer claims in line with company policies.

You will support Account Managers, coordinate with logistics and 3PLs, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office products).
• Experience with Oracle and ten-key.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order process throughout the lifecycle of the order.
• Maintain and update assigned customer accounts including pricing and promotions, updating item lists, and databases.
• Provide backup support for the assigned backup person and ensure customer and Account Manager needs are met.
• Support Account Managers by timely communication and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues and provide best solutions.
• Manage inventory order process with 3PLs and optimize ship-from locations to fulfill orders.
• Monitor order patterns to reduce E&O and assist OS&D investigations.
• Assist in securing loadout and delivery appointments.
