Pacific Supply, a building products distributor with locations across the Western United States, seeks entry-level Service Representatives to support customers with order processing and inquiries. Under supervision of the Branch Manager, you will input orders, use the cash register, and participate in rotating Saturday store openings.

Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. This role offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth within a long‑standing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and assists all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Input orders accurately into the computer system and operate the cash register to finalize transactions.
• Shares Saturday opening of store on rotating basis.
