Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Orchestrade.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and integration.
• Experience with C#/.NET for Orchestrade customization is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, risk analytics, and market data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

A leading financial organisation is building a brand‑new post‑trade platform as part of a major greenfield initiative. They are seeking an experienced professional with a strong blend of technical and financial expertise to join their Operations Software Engineering team as an Orchestrade Specialist. The role focuses on supporting the build‑out of complex financial systems and managing the migration to the Orchestrade platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers and finance teams to integrate Orchestrade with wider enterprise systems.


• Oversee deployment, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Orchestrade environment, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.


• Implement and optimise financial models, curves, and risk analytics within Orchestrade.

Compensation

Orchestrade Specialists in New York typically earn $150,000-$225,000+ base salary. Total compensation also includes a substantial annual bonus, guaranteed in year one and performance‑based thereafter.
