Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in music or related arts administration preferred.
• Experience in orchestral environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with orchestral management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly environment and open communication between the orchestra and management.
• Manage rehearsals and concerts including timekeeping and conditions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Master Agreement and resolve labor issues.
• Serve as liaison between musicians, guest artists and conductors, and administrative staff.
• Prepare and distribute concert information to musicians.
