Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate orbiter machines per procedures and requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for optimal operation.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and part replacement.
• Develop preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and performance gaps.
• Repair and adjust equipment to restore operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Provide technical support to production teams on equipment use.
• Assist in training operators and technicians on procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering on equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Conduct quality checks to verify GMP/FDA compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and support cross-training for flexibility.
• Report hazards, near misses, and quality issues promptly.
