Job summary

The Israeli American Council (IAC) seeks a Community Engagement Manager for New England to build relationships, identify community opportunities, and grow IAC’s presence and impact across the region. You will lead program development, partnerships, and volunteer coordination, reporting to the Regional Sr.

Director, New England. You will collaborate with staff, leaders, and partners to deliver innovative engagement strategies, track outcomes, and ensure programs reflect IAC’s mission and values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong connection to Israeli-American / Jewish community and culture.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the local New England community and key stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with community members, donors, organizations, and partners.
• Expand IAC’s reach by engaging new audiences and strengthening community connections.
• Plan and execute programs, events, and initiatives that deliver meaningful experiences.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and ensure programs reflect IAC’s brand and values.
