Scoot Education is seeking dedicated educators to support students with special needs in California. You will work in 1:1 or small group settings, building rapport and delivering a nurturing learning environment.

We value candidates with CBEST or equivalent credentials, and college credits. Roles include assisting with IEPs and collaborating with lead educators; some assignments involve challenging behaviors. Flexible, non-exempt, hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• College credits, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or CBEST.

What you’ll do:

Daily Pay Range:

Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Worked with children who have Special Education needs
• Spent time in Special Education settings
• Any Special Education specific training
• ABA experience (Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Experience working in K-12 schools
• Experience with assisting in various mod to severe scenarios such as Toileting; Personal 1:1 Care; Non-Verbal; Challenging or Aggressive Behaviors in the Classroom
