Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification (or within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork, independent work, good judgment, and critical thinking.
• Attention to safety, meticulousness, and precision.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate preoperative records.
• Perform preoperative tasks and maintain sterile environments.
• Monitor patient status and assist with equipment during procedures.
• Obtain radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.
