Paradigm Oral Surgery in Trophy Club, TX is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support oral surgery procedures. You will assist surgeons, prepare rooms, maintain sterile technique and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, instrumentation handling, and monitoring patient status in a fast-paced surgical setting. Prior RDA experience in oral surgery is preferred; BLS and radiology certification per state requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• RDA license in the state of employment
• Radiology certification as required by state law
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures and ensure patient safety
• Prepare treatment rooms and chairside assistance
• Maintain sterile technique and patient comfort
