Paradigm Oral Health in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for our Oral Surgery team. You will assist surgeons during procedures, prepare rooms, and ensure sterile technique while maintaining patient comfort.

Requirements include WA RDA license, radiology certification, BLS, strong teamwork, safety focus, and excellent manual dexterity. Prior oral surgery experience is a plus; EHR/digital charting familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• RDA license in the state of employment required.
• Radiology certification required by state law.
• BLS certification or able to complete within 1 month.
• Strong teamwork, independent work, judgement and critical thinking.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during oral surgery procedures and document patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile technique.
• Monitor patient status and comfort during procedures.
• Operate advanced instruments and support charting and records.
