Legacy Oral Surgery is expanding, and we're adding an experienced front office professional to help keep our surgical practice running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who already knows the rhythm of a dental front desk and is ready to bring that experience to a busy, specialized practice working alongside some of the top oral surgeons in the state.

You will welcome patients, coordinate consultations and appointments, explain insurance coverage and treatment costs, and serve as a

Formación

• Front desk experience in a dental office.
• Solid knowledge of dental terminology and front office procedures.
• Able to hit the ground running and adapt to a fast-paced schedule.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Basic understanding of PPO dental insurance plans and patient cost estimates.
• Basic math skills for calculating estimates, payments, balances.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and check in patients, making them feel calm before procedures.
• Coordinate consultations, surgical appointments, and follow-up visits.
• Explain insurance coverage and estimated treatment costs.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries; connect patients with our team.
